How did people clean themselves and their homes be How did people clean themselves and their homes before the advent of commercial solutions? This question lead us to the villages of Northern Thailand, where local communities have been using soap nuts and plant-based ingredients for centuries. Many of these ingredients had medicinal properties and include the likes of Elephant Apple, Indian Laurel Leaf, and more. But this ancient wisdom was not necessarily practical for modern living.
